* 中国房地产开发商--碧桂园2007.HK周五早盘一度劲扬8.1%。
* 碧桂园周五公告称，公司已与专案小组协定重组建议的主要条款，其占现有债券债务本金总额的29.9%，专案小组的成员已经签署重组支持协议；公司亦接近完成与另一组银行债权人协商敲定条款。
碧桂园称，建议重组的范围包括现有债务的范畴，整体未偿还本金总额约为140.74亿美元。公司也接近完成与七家银行组成的债权人集团敲定一项协议，该集团持有三笔未偿还本金为36亿美元的银团贷款。
* 碧桂园此前发布财报，去年净亏损351亿元人民币同比收窄，营收缩水近四成。
* 今年迄今，碧桂园股价累跌约一成。（完）
