智通财经APP获悉，芯片股继续上涨，截至发稿，华虹半导体(01347)涨8.77%，报32.85港元；上海复旦(01385)涨5.17%，报28.5港元；中芯国际(00981)涨4.2%，报45.95港元；ASMPT(00522)涨2.81%，报49.35港元。
消息面上，关税政策影响下，业内人士预计成熟制程半导体国产化进程有望加速。信达证券认为，近年来我国半导体产业链自主能力已逐步提升，对美国产品的依存度逐年下降。根据海关总署数据，2019年我国从美国进口集成电路产品的比例为4.4%，2023年已下降至2.4%，但部分领域对美国依存度仍较高，此次关税政策或进一步推动半导体自主可控。
此外，据财联社报道，在英伟达首席执行官黄仁勋上周五前往佛罗里达州海湖庄园出席晚宴后，美国白宫改变了限制英伟达向中国出口H20的计划，并暂停进一步限制这种芯片出口。白宫和美国商务部尚未就上述报道回应置评请求。英伟达方面则拒绝置评。大摩则表示，鉴于美国AI图形处理器供应有限，加上对中国芯片的需求激增，预期中芯国际将成为中国AI芯片设计板块的主要支持者。
