智通财经APP获悉，普拉达(01913)高开逾7%，截至发稿，涨7.63%，报51.5港元，成交额4106.68万港元。
消息面上，普拉达公布，于2025年4月10日，该公司拟向Capri Holdings Limited收购GIVI Holding S.r.l.(即Versace控股公司)的全部股份，按企业价值13.75亿美元(相当于约12.5亿欧元或106.7亿港元)(须作出若干调整)进行。
据悉，Versace于1978年在米兰创立，为国际顶尖的时尚设计品牌之一，亦是全球范围内意大利奢华的代表。凭借卓越的品牌知名度，Versace是奢侈品领域中的独特资产。Versace鲜明的美学风格将为Prada集团的品牌组合带来高度的互补效应，并透过多元的价值创造策略，展现出巨大的未开发增长潜力。
