智通财经APP获悉，根据中原按揭研究部及土地注册处的数据，2025年3月香港录得33宗安老按揭登记，较2月的31宗增加2宗，环比上升6.5%。然而，与2024年3月的43宗相比，则下跌23.2%。
按季度看，2025年首季(1至3月)共录得95宗安老按揭登记，较2024年第四季102宗减少6.8%，较2024年同期(首季)的141宗减少32.6%。自安老按揭计划推出以来，中银香港的参与度一直最高，承包了其中的大多数甚至全部。
今年首季累计统计显示，中银香港(02388)录得92宗安老按揭登记，较去年同期减少34.3%，市场占有率高达96.8%；上海商业银行则录得3宗登记，市场占有率上升至3.2%。
