4月9日凌晨5时许，利比里亚籍集装箱货船“TOR（拓尔）”轮在海事部门的保障下，缓缓驶离南沙港码头，搭载352个标准箱的货物去往新加坡。记者从广州海事局获悉，4月以来，进出广州港的外贸船舶日均数量较上月环比增长20%左右。

更密集的船舶流量，意味着更大的监管压力。对此，广州海事部门通过智慧海事系统及船舶交通管理系统（VTS）加强对船舶的动态管控，借助甚高频（VHF）等方式加强与船方沟通，强化交通组织，及时发现并处理潜在的交通隐患，“我们通过优化船舶航行计划，合理安排船舶进出港时间，确保船舶能够高效通行。”广州船舶交通管理中心主任冯所祺说道。同时，海事部门还增加了执法力量，加强对重点水域的巡逻，确保水上交通安全。

此外，海事部门还加强了与港口、海关等相关部门的协作，通过信息共享和协同行动，为重点物资运输船舶开辟“直进直出、直离直靠”的“四直通道”，进一步提升船舶周转效率，有力保障珠江口水上交通秩序稳定，不仅为港口的高效运营提供了保障，也为地方提供了更加稳定和可靠的物流支持。
