Rama Steel Tubes Divests Its 25% Stake in Joint Venture Company Pir Panchal Constructions

Rama Steel Tubes (NSE:RAMASTEEL, BOM:539309) has received board approval to divest its 25% stake and exit its joint venture company Pir Panchal Constructions for 39.8 million Indian rupees, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The stake was sold to two individuals Tanu Kapoor and Monika Kapoor.
