智通财经APP获悉，九方智投控股(09636)现涨近9%，截至发稿，涨5.67%，报32.6港元，成交额1.3亿港元。
消息面上，九方智投控股宣布，公司拟以约1.088亿港元收购Yintech Financial全部股权，并以1,816万港元购买其核心信息系统。据悉，Yintech Financial通过附属公司方德证券及方德资本为个人及机构客户提供证券、期货、资产管理等业务，覆盖中国香港及海外金融市场，提供一站式综合金融服务。核心信息系统涵盖证券、期货和基金柜台系统，支持集中交易管理、清算结算及风险管理，确保业务稳定运营。
东吴证券指出，此次收购将是九方智投“出海”第一步，通过目标公司覆盖中国香港、美国等核心市场，提升行业竞争力；通过整合方德证券的持牌业务，九方智投控股可能加强在联交所、美国证券交易所以及沪港通、深港通北向交易等核心市场的覆盖能力，进一步拓展跨境金融服务。目标集团2025年第一季度实现盈利，证券交易月均成交额较2024年提升超80%，基金代销规模及全权委托资产管理规模分别预计增长超20%和100%。
