2025年4月10日晚，公司发布了《关于董事长提议回购公司部分A股股份的提示性公告》，计划以8亿至16亿元资金回购公司部分A股股份，资金来源为自有资金及回购增持再贷款。此次回购计划将有助于提升每股收益、优化股权结构，切实维护股东利益，增强投资者信心，进一步提升公司价值。

此外，公司已于3月底制定了《市值管理制度》，发布了《估值提升计划》，并在进行2024年度现金分红的同时公布了2025年中期分红的安排，现同步启动A股股份回购计划。这一系列举措，标志着公司在深化市值管理、推动价值回归方面迈出重要步伐，体现了公司对自身价值的高度认可及对未来发展的坚定信心。
