上证报中国证券网讯（记者费天元）4月10日，国泰海通证券发布首次回购公司A股股份的公告，公司于当日回购300.35万股公司股份，回购金额5000.3563万元，实际回购价格区间16.49元/股-16.72元/股。

4月9日，国泰海通证券董事会刚刚审议通过了回购股份方案，回购资金总额10亿元至20亿元，回购价格不超过26.35元/股，回购股份将在未来适宜时机用于维护公司价值及股东权益，回购期限不超过3个月。

国泰海通证券表示，基于对公司未来发展前景的信心和对公司股票价值的认可，公司拟以集中竞价交易方式从二级市场回购A股股份。
