BlockBeats 消息，4 月 10 日，据官方消息，全同态加密（FHE）技术基础设施 Mind Network 已正式上线 FHE 质押和 Agent(智能体) 训练功能。
此前 Binance 已宣布 FHE 为其 Wallet 第 9 轮 TGE 项目，并已上线 Binance Alpha 交易。当前限时活动期间，用户最低仅需质押 10 枚 FHE 即可激活 Agent，并指派其进入基础 Hub 中训练，参与技能成长并赚取预计为最高 400% 的年化收益 (APY) 奖励。
现已开放的基础训练 Hub 包括：FCN（FHE 共识）、FDN（FHE 解密）、RandGen（随机数生成），后续还将推出高阶 Hub，覆盖多代理共识，医疗 AI、去中心化推理等应用场景。
Mind Network 表示，该功能是 AgenticWorld 的关键基础设施，后续还将开放“working”功能，Agent 能够完成多任务协作或竞争。FHE 作为核心生态应用和治理代币，总量 10 亿枚 FHE，初始流通供应占比 24.9%，社区与空投占比超 40%。
