于2025年建议向Gendreau先生授予2025年受限制股份单位授出所涉目标长期奖励计划价值总额为7,316,350美元，其乃基于其2025年度基本薪金 1,463,270美元的500%(其中50%的目标长期奖励计划价值将以绩效挂钩受限制股份单位的形式授出，而50%以时间挂钩受限制股份单位的形式授出)计算。
