据路透社消息， 美国财政部长斯科特·贝森特（Scott Bessent）周三表示，中国对美国加征84%的报复性关税的举措令人遗憾，并称这对北京而言是一个失败的选择。引发全球资本市场关注的是，他没有排除将中国企业股票从美国交易所退市的可能性，表示“所有选项都摆在桌面上”。贝森特指出，美国的盟友希望在与美方的会谈中讨论如何重新平衡中国的贸易政策。“他称美国正在努力实现制造业的再平衡，而中国则需要向消费驱动的方向进行再平衡。贝森特还警告北京，不要通过货币贬值的方式来应对新的关税措施。“如果中国开始贬值人民币，那么这对全球其他国家来说就是一种‘税收’，所有国家将不得不不断提高关税来抵消贬值的影响。因此，我会敦促中方不要这么做，而是坐下来谈判，”贝森特说。他没有排除将中国企业股票从美国交易所退市的可能性，表示“所有选项都摆在桌面上”。根据统计，截至2024年12月31日，年内共有32家中国大陆企业在纳斯达克上市。
