上证报中国证券网讯（记者曾庆怡）4月11日，记者从华住集团获悉，2025年清明假期期间（4月4日至4月6日），该集团旗下酒店累计接待近317万人次，是去年清明假期的1.2倍。假期首日成为入住高峰，当日华住旗下酒店整体入住率约90%，满房酒店约5800家，入住率达95%的酒店约6800家。

清明假期正值踏青赏花的好时节，国内多地相继迎来赏花旅游热潮。华住集团提供的数据显示，二线城市中，宁波市、南昌市、徐州市、温州市的酒店入住率都超过了85%；三、四线城市中，许昌市、咸宁市等城市酒店入住率超88%，辽阳市、萍乡市、普洱市等城市酒店入住率超90%。

同时，随着中国不断优化免签政策，有越来越多的外国游客将中国作为旅游目的地。数据显示，今年清明假期期间，华住集团旗下酒店接待外国住客近2.9万人次，是去年清明假期的1.6倍。
