【芯片原产地认定新规出台 渠道商称不少美系芯片公司新增订单暂停报价】金十数据4月11日讯，中国半导体行业协会4月11日发布关于半导体产品“原产地”认定规则的紧急通知，“集成电路”原产地按照四位税则号改变原则认定，即流片地认定为原产地。这意味着，部分在美国流片生产的半导体产品可能因关税影响而涨价。一位芯片渠道商对记者表示，“以前大家对原产地的认定可能就是看产品标签，其实界定的没有那么严格，另外因为大多数封测产能都在东南亚区域，行业里面原本认为对于关税带来的影响不是很大，但是如果认定是流片环节，那意味通过美国晶圆厂制造的芯片将会加收高额关税，比如TI德州仪器、英特尔等，短期内对相关公司的模拟芯片需求将会转移至国内。”有芯片渠道商对记者表示，“不少美系芯片公司的新增订单都暂停报价了，大家也在评估影响。”
