智通财经APP讯，中信股份(00267)发布公告，中信出版集团股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)董事会于近日收到公司财务总监黄征先生提交的《辞呈》，黄征先生因工作调整辞去公司财务总监职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。黄征先生的辞职自《辞呈》送达董事会之日起生效。
为确保公司财务管理工作的平稳、有序运行，经公司董事会审计委员会的事前同意，公司于2025年4月11日召开第五届董事会第二十六次(临时)会议，审议通过了《关于副总经理代行财务总监职责的议案》，同意在董事会聘任新财务总监之前，由汪媛媛女士代为履行财务总监职责。
