BlockBeats 消息，4 月 11 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，瑞典议员 Rickard Nordin 近日向财政大臣提交公开信，提议将比特币纳入国家外汇储备体系。这一提议受美国总统特朗普比特币储备行政令启发，建议以“预算中性”的方式实施。Nordin 在公开信中指出，“瑞典传统上采取保守审慎的外汇储备策略，主要持有外币和黄金，但数字资产的快速发展不容忽视。比特币已被众多国际机构视为对抗通胀的保值工具，在全球许多地区作为支付手段广泛应用。”
与此同时捷克央行行长也在考虑将比特币纳入外汇储备多元化战略，但欧盟整体对比特币立法保持沉默，更多精力放在数字欧元的推进上。风投机构 DFG 创始人分析认为，欧盟对比特币的冷淡态度源于其对数字欧元的优先考虑，尽管欧洲央行 T2 支付系统最近的故障引发了对其数字货币管理能力的质疑。欧洲央行行长拉加德明确表示，计划于今年 10 月推出数字欧元，将确保其与现金共存，并通过“伪匿名”设计解决隐私担忧。这与美国的政策形成鲜明对比，特朗普政府坚决反对央行数字货币，明确禁止任何基于美元的 CBDC 的发行和流通。
