April 11 - Tesla (TSLA, Financial) has introduced a new version of its Cybertruck in the U.S. market, priced at $69,990, making it the most accessible model in the lineup to date.

Dubbed the Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive, the model could cost as low as US$62,490 after applying the federal electric vehicle tax credit of US$7,500, according to Tesla's official website.

Initial deliveries of the newly launched variant are expected to begin in June or July. The model is currently exclusive to U.S. customers.

The unveiling coincided with Tesla's event in Riyadh, marking its market debut in Saudi Arabia, a major oil-producing nation.

In a separate move, Tesla has paused new orders for its Model S and Model X in China, as trade tensions and tariff-related uncertainty persist in the country.
