PANews 4月11日消息，据Cryptonews报道，俄罗斯物流公司ETE Group请求总理Mikhail Mishustin允许国内企业在海外贸易中使用加密货币支付。ETE呼吁为与外国供应商以数字货币结算制定监管框架，并希望政府修改相关法律，包括《俄罗斯民法典》和《税法典》，以及外汇管制法律。ETE指出，2024年商业领域对国外加密货币支付的兴趣增长40%，但缺乏监管框架带来风险。该公司认为加密货币支付有助于解决对外支付问题。
ETE还提到，对俄罗斯金融机构的制裁阻碍了与外国供应商的结算，俄罗斯与中国、哈萨克斯坦等国的企业间支付常面临延误，且延误时间随新制裁出台而延长。俄罗斯法律规定加密货币不能用于支付商品费用，卢布为唯一官方货币。
