智通财经APP获悉，中国旭阳集团(01907)尾盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.86%，报2.59港元，成交额2808.46万港元。
消息面上，3月12日，中国旭阳集团发布公告，宣布与亿华通签署框架协议，旭阳集团拟以定州旭阳氢能的全部股权认购亿华通发行的A股股份，并配套总价约5.5亿元人民币认购亿华通新增A股股份数。据公司微信公众号，交易完成后，旭阳集团将成为亿华通的控股股东。此次合作标志着双方在氢能产业的深度合作，未来将共同推动氢能业务的战略发展。
中信证券发布研报称，考虑中国旭阳集团未来在焦炭、化工及氢能业务上的扩张潜力与成长期预期，维持公司买入评级，新增2027年EPS预测0.12港元，看好公司长期成长性。公司作为全球最大的独立焦炭生产企业和供应商，行业龙头地位稳固，2024年营收维持增长态势，近几年在国内外积极布局焦炭新产能、延伸精细化工产品线布局，预计未来2-3年将进入产能收获期。除此之外，在氢能领域公司计划通过控股亿华通加强双产业整合，有望进一步扩大氢能产业版图。
