智通财经APP讯，大象未来集团(02309)公布，于2025年4月11日(交易时段后)，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售最多3763.4万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份1.86港元，配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股2.320港元折让约19.83%。预计配售事项最高净筹约6950万港元。
同日，公司与认购人永聚有限公司订立认购协议，该公司拟向认购人发行认购股份，每股认购股份1.86港元，第一批认购股份为约3225.81万股，第二批认购股份不超过3763.44万股。
假设配售事项项下配售3763.4万股股份，预计约6989.25万股认购股份将予发行及配发，认购事项最高净筹约1.295亿港元，公司拟将配售事项及认购事项所得款项净额用于以下用途：约70%拟用于偿还集团的负债;及约30%拟用作集团的一般营运资金。
董事认为，配售事项及认购事项为集团业务运营，尤其是新能源车辆业务的发展提供了额外融资的机会，并将改善集团的流动资金及财务状况。配售事项亦是扩大公司股东基础的机会。考虑到近期市场状况及股份的市场价格，董事认为，配售事项及认购事项属适当，能够补充公司的现金资源作上述拟定用途，对促进集团的长期成功至关重要。
