4月10日，H&H国际控股（01112）发布公告，披露截至2025年3月31日的未审计运营数据。报告期内，公司总收入为31.7亿元，同比上升10.4%（按同类比较基准为上升10.9%），主要受益于中国内地市场的回暖，尤其是婴幼儿配方奶粉业务增长46.9%。成人营养及护理用品分部增长3.2%，而婴幼儿营养及护理用品分部则重拾增长，增幅达到25.3%。此外，宠物营养及护理用品分部也实现了7.3%的增长。
公告还指出，截至2025年3月31日，公司现金余额为14亿元，显示出流动资金的稳健状况。公司积极进行债务再融资，以降低融资成本并延长债务到期时间。同时，关于附属公司Biostime Healthy Australia Pty Ltd的税务审查，澳洲税务局要求其支付2.35亿澳元的主要税项及相关利息和罚款，BHA对此决定表示不认同，并将寻求法律途径进行抗辩。整体来看，公司在2025年展望中将继续推动高利润产品的增长，预计收入将保持正面增长。
