#普拉达收购范思哲# 【官宣！普拉达13.75亿美元收购范思哲 】#普拉达超100亿收购范思哲#4月10日晚，意大利奢侈品巨头普拉达（01913.HK，Prada）在港交所发布公告，计划以13.75亿美元（约合人民币100.57亿元）的价格收购意大利时尚品牌范思哲（Versace）。据披露，普拉达与Capri Holdings Limited（股票代码：CPRI）订立购股协议。据此，普拉达同意收购及Capri Holdings Limited同意出售GIVI Holding S.r.l.（即Versace控股公司）的全部股份，按企业价值13.75亿美元进行。
