消息面上，周五早盘，现货黄金突破3200美元/盎司，继续刷新历史新高；COMEX黄金期货突破3230美元/盎司，也创出历史新高。据极目新闻近期报道，记者探访武汉多家金店，包括老铺黄金在内的多家珠宝品牌店客流涌动，试戴、购买的顾客络绎不绝。即便是4月5日金价下跌，老铺黄金门外依旧排起长队。据店员介绍，老铺黄金商品均为一口价，金价涨跌对其价格并没有太大影响，排队的顾客从4月3日开始就没有停止，无论是基础款还是网红爆款都存在缺货情况。
高盛指出，4月9日，该行与老铺黄金的管理团队进行了面对面会议。主要要点如下：尽管近期金价波动，但消费者情绪依然强劲；计划新开的店铺包括4月底-5月初的上海恒隆广场店、6月中旬的新加坡店和香港国际金融中心店，均在2025年内开业；每家店铺的目标GMV为10亿元以上，计划在中国大陆和港澳地区约50个购物中心开设50-60家店铺。该行指，目前市场情绪依然强劲，推荐买入老铺黄金，12个月目标价为976港元。
