智通财经年PP获悉，中国铝业(02600)涨近7%，截至发稿，涨6.53%，报4.24港元，成交额1.62亿港元。
消息面上，4月9日，中国铝业发布公告称，公司控股股东中国铝业集团有限公司(简称“中铝集团”)及其一致行动人计划增持公司A股及H股股份，增持金额不低于人民币10亿元，不超过人民币20亿元，增持股份数量不超过公司总股本的2%，期限自公告披露之日起不超过12个月。
中信建投证券发布研报指出，中国铝业24年实现归母净利润124.0亿元，同比+85.4%；Q4实现归母净利润33.8亿元，同比+153.1%，环比+69.1%。受益于氧化铝价格上涨，2024年公司业绩同比大幅增长，经营业绩创成立以来最佳。公司积极推进铝土矿资源勘探开发、增储上产，全年新增资源量7355万吨；除上述资源外，公司还积极在非洲、东南亚等地获取海外铝土矿资源，提高可持续发展能力。
