智通财经APP获悉，餐饮股全线走高，截至发稿，海底捞(06862)涨6.7%，报17.2港元；九毛九(09922)涨4.65%，报2.7港元；小菜园(00999)涨2.84%，报9.06港元；海伦司(09869)涨1.88%，报1.63港元。
消息面上，各地政府纷纷出台措施刺激消费。近日北京市发放2023年以来首批餐饮消费券，计划分五轮发放。此外，上海、广州等地也推出了各自的餐饮消费券政策。上海的“乐品上海”餐饮消费券采用“在线报名、摇号中签”的方式发放，面额多样，覆盖不同消费层次。广州则通过银联云闪付等平台发放餐饮消费券，鼓励市民外出就餐。
方正证券指出，美国对等关税幅度、力度均超市场预期。出口承压背景下，更加积极的财政、货币支持政策值得期待，后续促消费提振内需政策有望持续加码落地，推动国内经济平稳向好。国金证券指出，美国加关税或将倒逼内需消费扩张，持续年关注初以来促消费政策组合拳落地带来积极影响，餐饮酒旅为代表国内服务类消费或直接受益。
