　　和铂医药-B（02142）早盘涨超10%，截至发稿，股价上涨7.88%，现报6.98港元，成交额2567.10万港元。

　　和铂医药发布公告，根据公司股东于公司2024年6月6日举行的股东周年大会上批准的购回股份的一般授权及（如适用）未来股东于公司不时的股东大会上批准的购回股份的任何一般授权，其拟不时于公开市场上购回价值不超过2亿港元的公司股份。包括目前的购回计划，公司于2025年至今累计拨出2.4亿港元用于股份购回，彰显了公司持续提升股东价值的承诺。

　　此外，和铂医药近日完成发行7627.18万股认购股份，净筹约1.042亿美元。
