智通财经APP获悉，潼关黄金(00340)复牌高开逾16%，截至发稿，涨16.28%，报1港元，成交额57.8万港元。
消息面上，潼关黄金公布，于2025年4月8日，该公司与紫金金属有限公司(买方)订立不具法律约束条款清单，据此，买方将于达成其中若干先决条件后，预付2500万美元的现金款项，而公司将向买方交付产自位于中华人民共和国甘肃省北东金矿约定矿区一定数量的黄金。
作为交换，公司已承诺向买方交付相等于：直至从金矿交付总计123.2公斤的黄金前，每季度交付等于固定数量17.6公斤的黄金量； 直至从金矿交付总计276.2公斤的黄金前，每季度交付等于固定数量17.0公斤的黄金量；及直至从金矿交付总计422.0公斤的黄金前，每季度交付等于固定数量7.7公斤(最后一次交付7.2公斤)的黄金量。
该公司将不会交付实际产自金矿的黄金，而是根据其酌情权采取以下方式之一：交付金额等于应用所有形式黄金的99.9%固定应付系数后的黄金流交付的黄金副产品；或以现金向买方或通过其位于香港的母公司偿还，金额按黄金流交付的品质乘以根据上海现货黄金价格计算的实际售价。
