Skillz (SKLZ) late Tuesday said it received a non-compliance notice from the New York Stock Exchange after failing to file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2024, by the extended deadline of April 1.
Under NYSE rules, the company has six months from March 17 to file the report and regain compliance. Skillz previously cited the need for more time to complete its year-end procedures and on Tuesday said it continues working to complete the filing as soon as possible.
Skillz shares recently were up 2% in Tuesday's extended session.
