在8-K表格中Strategy提到，由于比特币构成我们资产负债表上的绝大部分资产，如果我们无法及时以优惠条件(或根本无法)获得股权或债务融资，我们可能被迫出售比特币来履行财务义务，且可能不得不以低于成本价或其他不利价格进行抛售。自特朗普在2024年11月赢得大选以来，Strategy已以均价93,228美元买入275,965枚BTC(257.3亿美元)，而这一部分已浮亏达46亿美元。据StrategyTracker数据，Strategy当前持有528,185枚BTC，成本均价67,458美元，价值401.19亿美元。
