DBS Soars 7.64%; DBS Buys Back, Cancels Shares Worth Nearly SG$19 Million

DBS Group (SGX:D05) bought back and canceled 500,000 shares worth about SG$19.1 million in the open market on Tuesday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The bank has been authorized to buy back around 85.3 million shares under its current mandate. To date, it has bought back around 3 million shares.

DBS soars 7.64% at 10:04 am, Apr 10th.
