智通财经APP获悉，英诺赛科(02577)早盘涨超14%，截至发稿，涨10.55%，报41.9港元，成交额3985.71万港元。
消息面上，英诺赛科公告，公司与意法半导体签署了一项基于氮化镓功率技术开发与制造的联合开发协议，拟在未来几年内共同推动该技术在消费电子、数据中心、汽车及工业电源系统等领域的应用。根据联合开发协议，英诺赛科可使用意法半导体在中国以外地区的制造产能生产其氮化镓晶圆，意法半导体也可利用英诺赛科在中国的制造产能生产其自有的氮化镓晶圆。
据悉，2024年，英诺赛科产品在消费电子应用领域占比持续增长，收入同比增长48%。在新能源汽车、AI以及人形机器人领域取得重大突破：车规级芯片交付数量同比增长986.7%，AI及数据中心芯片交付数量同比增长669.8%。值得注意的是，根据港交所最新公告，英诺赛科已于2025年3月10日正式纳入港股通，有望将吸引全球资金，巩固氮化镓产业链核心地位。
