　　潼关黄金公布，于2025年4月8日，该公司与紫金金属有限公司（买方）订立不具法律约束条款清单，据此，买方将于达成其中若干先决条件后，预付2500万美元的现金款项，而公司将向买方交付产自位于中国甘肃省北东金矿约定矿区一定数量的黄金。

　　作为交换，公司已承诺向买方交付相等于：直至从金矿交付总计123.2公斤的黄金前，每季度交付等于固定数量17.6公斤的黄金量；  直至从金矿交付总计276.2公斤的黄金前，每季度交付等于固定数量17.0公斤的黄金量；及直至从金矿交付总计422.0公斤的黄金前，每季度交付等于固定数量7.7公斤（最后一次交付7.2公斤）的黄金量。
