东兴证券发布研报指出，24年北京首都机场股份实现营收54.91亿元，同比增长20.5%，其中航空性收入26.68亿元，同比增长27.2%，非航收入28.25亿元，同比增长14.7%。公司税前净亏损6.29亿元，较23年同期的亏损17.19亿元明显减少。但由于确认为递延所得税资产的税项亏损大额转回，导致24年公司所得税高达7.60亿元，税后净亏损13.90亿元，较去年同期的16.97亿元减亏18.1%。
该行指出，24年公司非航收入28.24亿元，同比增长约14.7%，其中特许经营收入15.70亿元，同比增长12.2%。特许经营业务中最主要的两部分为广告和零售收入，其中广告收入7.02亿元，同比增长5.9%，零售(免税)业务全年收入5.12亿元，同比增长10.0%。免税收入增速明显低于国际旅客量增速，主要系免税业务扣点率下调的影响。但该行认为，首都机场国际航空枢纽的地位难以动摇，长期看依旧具备优秀的商业价值，后续盈利能力将逐步释放。
