　　复兴亚洲（00274）发布公告，天健国际会计师事务所有限公司已辞任公司核数师，自 2025年4月8日起生效，原因为公司与天健未能就集团截至2025年3月31日止年度的综合财务报表审计的审计费用达成共识。

　　经考虑审核委员会的推荐建议，董事会已议决委任先机会计师行有限公司为公司之新任核数师以填补天健辞任后的临时空缺，自2025年4 月8日起生效，先机的任期直至公司的下一届股东周年大会结束为止。
