智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，KKR & Co(KKR.US)接近收购瑞典消费者保健企业Karo Healthcare，这笔交易对Karo的估值可能超过25亿欧元(合27亿美元)。
知情人士表示，总部位于纽约的KKR在竞标过程中击败了其他私募股权公司，目前正在与Karo的所有者EQT AB敲定交易条款。知情人士表示，收购消息最早可能于本周公布。
