中信银行与近百家上市公司达成股票回购增持贷款合作意向
记者4月10日从中信银行获悉，近期，中信银行积极推进股票回购增持贷款业务。截至目前，中信银行已与近百家上市公司达成股票回购增持贷款合作意向，储备项目金额超过300亿元。
作为支持资本市场稳定发展的新工具，股票回购增持再贷款于去年10月设立，旨在激励引导金融机构向符合条件的上市公司和主要股东提供贷款，支持其回购和增持上市公司股票。
截至今年3月末，中信银行累计公告股票回购增持贷款55单，金额达75.97亿元。在公告项目中，生物医药、高端装备、新能源、新材料等战略新兴企业占比达70%、制造业单项冠军及专精特新企业占比达44%。同时，中信银行聚焦推动民营经济高质量发展，公告项目中民营企业占比达91%。（记者吴雨）
