Hub Cyber Security (HUBC) said Wednesday it has been awarded a 20 million euro ($22.1 million) contract to implement a digital banking and infrastructure modernization project for Cassa di Risparmio della Repubblica di San Marino, a European financial institution.
The company said it expects to implement the project by the end of the year, pending regulatory approvals and the execution of a definitive agreement.
Shares of the company jumped past 17% in recent trading.
