智通财经APP获悉，4月11日，中国证监会发布《境外发行上市备案补充材料要求公示(2025年4月3日—2025年4月10日)》，证监会国际司共对7家企业出具补充材料要求。其中公示提到，要求海伟电子补充说明最近三年技术出口业务的开展情况及合规性等。据港交所2月26日披露，海伟电子递表港交所主板，中金公司为独家保荐人。
证监会请公司补充说明以下事项，请律师核查并出具明确的法律意见：
一、公司及子公司经营范围均包含技术出口业务，请公司补充说明最近三年技术出口业务的开展情况及合规性。
二、请公司补充说明最近12个月内新增股东入股价格的合理性，该等入股价格之间存在差异的原因，是否存在入利益输送的情况。
三、请公司补充说明本次申请“全流通”股东所持相关股份是否存在被质押、冻结或其他权利瑕疵的情形。
据招股书，根据灼识咨询的资料，以2023年的电容器基膜销量计，海伟电子是中国最大的电容器薄膜制造商。该公司的电容器薄膜产品主要包括(i)电容器基膜及(ii)金属化膜。该等产品为薄膜电容器的关键组成部分，而薄膜电容器以其出色的耐电压性能、高频稳定性及长使用寿命而著称。薄膜电容器的终端应用场景广泛，包括(i)新能源汽车，(ii)新能源电力系统， (iii)工业设备及(iv)家用电器。
