智通财经APP获悉，内房股尾盘走高，截至发稿，华润置地(01109)涨4.88%，报26.85港元；绿城中国(03900)涨3.53%，报10.56港元；碧桂园(02007)涨3.49%，报0.445港元；万科企业(02202)涨2.48%，报5.78港元。
消息面上，根据克而瑞的初步数据，2025年3月前百开发商的全口径销售总额环比提升73.9%至3445亿元。23家主要上市开发商3月销售环比提升67.6%。其中多数开发商同比跌幅均有所收窄。此外，人民财讯近期发文称，多个一线城市正研究储备推动房地产市场进一步止跌回稳相关政策举措。
交银国际发布研报称，三月国务院政府工作报告首次将“稳住楼市股市”写入年度经济工作要求，并再次强调要“持续用力推动房地产市场止跌回稳”。该行认为，政策重心已从短期救市逐渐转向长效机制建设，预计“银四”市场或将持续修复，预计二级市场的需求将持续改善，一级市场将保持基本稳定。该行认为买家将继续偏好国企项目。
