智通财经APP讯，现代中药集团(01643)发布公告，于2025年4月8日(交易时段后)，本公司(作为发行人)与认购人大健康(全球)投资基金管理订立认购协议，认购人已有条件同意认购而本公司已有条件同意以现金3240万港元配发及发行合共 1.2亿股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.27港元。
认购价每股认购股份0.27港元较2025年4月8日(即认购协议日期)于联交所所报每股股份收市价0.260港元溢价约3.85%。配售股份占扩大后已发行股份约16.67%。
假设认购股份获悉数认购，预期认购事项的所得款项总额将为3240万港元。认购事项所得款项净额亦为3240万港元，相当于每股认购股份净价为0.27港元。本公司拟将所得款项净额用作本集团进一步投资及业务发展。
