智通财经APP获悉，正力新能(03677)上市次日涨超8%，截至发稿，涨7.27%，报9港元，成交额1359.6万港元。
据悉，正力新能主要专注于用于电动汽车的电池产品的销售，提供电芯、模组、电池包、电池簇、电池管理系统的一体化方案，致力于拓展电化学产品在陆海空互联下的大规模应用。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，截至2024年8月31日止8个月，按动力电池装机量计，公司在动力电池市场排名第9名；2022年至2023年间，其装机量同比增速在动力电池市场装机量前十的企业中排名第2名，在磷酸铁锂动力电池市场装机量前十的企业中位列榜首。
正力新能执董兼总经理陈继程在上市记者会上表示，公司为内地多家车厂供应动力电池，包括上汽通用、五菱、一汽红旗、广汽传祺、零跑汽车等，也通过与丰田的合资公司向丰田中国供货。同时，公司在国内采购锂电池的原材料，不受近期的关税政策影响。值得关注的是，公司董事长兼执行董事曹芳为“玻璃大王”曹德旺的胞妹。正力新能在上市后的股东架构中，曹芳、陈继程为一致行动人，通过管理层股东共同持股约46.21%。曹芳在福耀集团曾担任过副总经理、副董事长等重要职务，工作长达27年。
