智通财经APP讯，坛金矿业(00621)发布公告，天职香港会计师事务所有限公司(天职)已辞任公司核数师，自2025年4月15日起生效(辞任)。
根据审核委员会的推荐，认同德勤为合适候选人之一，决议委任德勤会计师事务所(德勤)为公司新核数师，自2025年4月15日起生效，以填补于天职辞任后的临时空缺，并任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束时为止，届时须由股东委任。
