消息面上，普拉达近日发布公告，计划以13.75亿美元的价格收购意大利时尚品牌范思哲(Versace)。根据Capri集团2024财年报告，范思哲营收为10.3亿美元，同比下降6.9%，利润率仅为0.4%。2025财年第三季度，范思哲销售额大幅下滑，拖累Capri集团第三财季营收同比下降11.6%，计入非现金减值费用后净亏损达5.47亿美元。
麦格理发布研报称，收购范思哲将稀释普拉达今明两年的EBIT利润率，并自明年下半年起逐步恢复。该行将普拉达今明两年的净利润预测分别下调6%及5%，以纳入收购范思哲的影响，将其目标价下调25%至66元，评级“跑赢大市”。汇丰则表示，考虑到宏观不确定性和对奢侈品的怀疑，收购时机及价格事后回看证明是非常好，而市场初步反应成为顾虑之一。
