金吾财讯 | 部分电力股上扬，大唐发电(00991)涨3.18%，华电国际电力股份(01071)涨2.83%，华能国际电力股份(00902)涨1.99%，四川能投发展(01713)涨1.69%，华润电力(00836)涨1.21%，中国电力(02380)涨0.34%。消息面上，国家发展改革委、国家能源局印发《新一代煤电升级专项行动实施方案（2025—2027年）》的通知，在全面总结评估“三改联动”工作成效和有益经验的基础上，推动一批现役机组改造升级，力争全面提升新建机组指标水平，积极有序开展新一代煤电试点示范。到2027年，在难以满足电网快速调节需求的地区，改造和新建一批具有快速变负荷能力的煤电机组；在调峰有缺额的地区，改造和新建一批具有深度调峰能力和宽负荷高效调节能力的煤电机组；结合区域特点和资源禀赋，推动开展煤电低碳化改造建设。鼓励各地、各发电企业落地见效一批兼备上述能力的煤电机组。
