消息面上，OSL集团发布止年度业绩，国际财务报告准则收入创历史新高，同比显著增加78.6%至3.747亿港元；公司拥有人应占溢利4765.3万港元，上年同期亏损2.64亿港元；每股基本盈利0.08港元。2024年各业务条线收入同比增速超过70%，归母净利润首次扭亏为盈。
国海证券指出，OSL集团是亚洲获香港证监会授予牌照的数字资产交易所之一，专注于为机构、专业和零售投资者提供安全合规的数字资产服务。展望公司将不断扩展产品服务，为下一阶段增长奠定基础。截至2024年12月31日，OSL集团占香港数字资产现货ETF市场约64%的在管资产。OSL集团将通过自身业务增长和并购双轮驱动的方式，加速国际市场拓展。通过并购与自身业务发展双管齐下，重点布局东南亚、欧洲、中东等关键市场。
