PANews 4月15日消息，据Decrypt报道，周一，Phantom Technologies遭起诉，其加密钱包Phantom被指存在安全漏洞，致使一名开发者账户中价值超50万美元的Wiener Doge（WIENER）代币被盗。法庭文件显示，一名网络犯罪分子入侵了Liam的个人电脑，从其网络浏览器的工作内存中获取了他Phantom钱包的私钥。诉状称，攻击者无需绕过多重身份验证，就能不受限制地访问Liam三个相互关联的Phantom钱包中的所有资金。
4月14日，加密法律事务所Murphy's Law的创始合伙人Thomas Liam Murphy等13名原告在纽约南区提起诉讼。他们指控Phantom虽宣称安全性佳，但设计缺陷使用户面临加密货币被盗风险。据悉，Phantom将用户私钥存于“未加密浏览器内存”，易被恶意软件窃取。Murphy称报告盗窃后，Phantom以“非托管钱包”为由让其自行承担损失。此外，犯罪分子还利用Phantom的“Swapper”功能，将大量Wiener Doge代币低价兑换成Solana（SOL），摧毁该项目价值。诉状还指出Phantom缺乏必要风控系统，原告要求至少310万美元赔偿，指控Phantom违规运营，违反《商品交易法》。
