他表示，“当暂缓关税政策公布时，人们的主要担忧是它可能导致大规模经济萎缩。那时，市场预计今年可能会降息四次。”
在特朗普上周宣布对大部分关税暂停 90 天后，衰退的预期有所下降，降息的预期也随之减弱。然而，Guzman 提到，市场现在仍然预期降息的次数会比特朗普宣布暂缓关税政策前更多。
他表示：“如果全球经济形势看起来糟糕，美联储可能会采取更多刺激政策。这对于加密货币来说可能是中期的利好，尽管短期内由于最近的波动，影响可能较小。”
