消息面上，周黑鸭发布公告，自2024年3月28日起至本公告日期止，公司已于公开市场合共购回2.27亿股股份，总代价为3.9亿港元(含交易费)。于本公告日期，购回股份中的2.23亿股股份已注销完成。于2025年4月14日，董事会已批准向建议股份购回增加最高1亿港元资金额度。
中金指出，2025年公司重视优化门店结构、提升门店质量，开始发力流通业务新渠道。其中，在新渠道端，公司2024年在新渠道团队建设、产品、供应链方面已做了基础筹备工作。该行预计2025年公司有望在商超、便利店、新零售和零食专营渠道等逐渐放量。据山姆官方小程序近期数据，调味酱菜热度榜中周黑鸭经典卤料包在榜单Top6(备注：基于商品月销数据通过计算排列)，且月销达1万+件(零售价65.9元/1.62kg)。在海外业务探索方面，2025年公司出海业务第一站为东南亚市场，该行预计公司有望借助经销商渠道将长保产品销往海外。
