智通财经APP获悉，美国家居装修零售商劳氏(LOW.US)周一宣布，已同意以13.3亿美元从私募股权公司Sterling Group手中收购Artisan Design Group。
此次收购将帮助劳氏在专业客户服务领域扩展业务版图，当前该公司及其竞争对手家得宝(HD.US)正面临家装改造和建筑活动需求放缓的挑战。
去年，家得宝以182.5亿美元收购建筑材料供应商SRS Distribution，以拓展其专业客户群体。总部位于得克萨斯州达拉斯的Artisan Design主要为住宅建筑商和物业经理提供地板、橱柜及台面等产品的销售与安装服务。
据劳氏声明披露，Artisan Design在2024财年实现营收18亿美元，业务覆盖全美18个州，拥有3200名安装技术人员。该交易将由劳氏账面现金完成支付，预计将于2025年第二季度完成，具体取决于监管审批进度。
Centerview Partners LLC担任劳氏的首席财务顾问，RBC Capital Markets则担任Artisan Design的首席财务顾问。
此次收购标志着家居零售巨头在专业服务赛道的新一轮军备竞赛——继家得宝去年百亿级并购后，劳氏试图通过垂直整合安装服务能力，在存量市场竞争中构筑差异化优势。
