智通财经APP讯，阿里影业(01060)发布公告，于2025年4月16日，公司间接全资附属公司中联盛世(作为承租人)与传富云溪(作为业主)等订立租赁协议，据此，传富云溪同意向中联盛世及╱或其关联方出租办公室物业，租赁期限自2025年3月31日开始，为期两年。
办公室物业：中国北京市朝阳区广善路阿里巴巴北京朝阳科技园A区及B区的部分区域。
办公室物业位于阿里巴巴集团精心打造及营运的科技枢纽阿里巴巴北京朝阳科技园。科技园坐落于北京市朝阳区，享有区位优势，乃以创新为核心的现代化园区，配备先进科技基建，旨在促进高增长企业开展数字经济合作。
透过订立租赁协议，集团将可使用与阿里巴巴集团生态系统具协同效应的优质办公空间，包括但不限于阿里巴巴集团所提供质素卓越、连接顺畅的办公场地使用及支持服务。董事认为，办公室物业将有助提升集团的营运效率，推动其日后发展与拓宽业务，并为员工营造优质的工作环境。
